amalphi achieves fast availability of spare parts and technicians through numerous decentralised facilities and bases that provide an extensive stock of spare parts potentially required. In Germany alone amalphi has continuous access to seven main storage facilities and 50 logistics sites with a large supply of equipment and spare parts. In very time-critical environments storage facilities with a stock of critical devices are set up directly on the customer’s site.

The most different means of transportation are applied in order to get technicians and/or parts during the agreed amount of time to its destination point: No matter if per train, car or airplane – there are well-rehearsed courses of action that guarantee a smooth transport and on-time arrival.
